Janesville Tool & Manufacturing designs and builds pneumatic power presses for staking and other joining processes
American-made and Built to Last
With the right press and tooling, you don’t always need rivets, screws or other fastening materials to join two metal parts. Instead, it can be done by bending, folding or deforming the metals. Janesville Tool & Manufacturing designs and builds pneumatic presses that can be used to stake, crimp, swage or clinch malleable metal parts together.
The pneumatic presses on our website range from 1/8 ton to 2 ½ ton and are suitable for a wide range of staking applications. All our presses are made entirely at our Janesville, Wisconsin facility using U.S. sourced steel. All of our presses can be customized to meet a variety of production needs. Just let us know what you need and our engineers will work with you to build a custom press for your application.
