Description

The PR6 Guide Post with Ball Retainer and Sleeve components are precisely matched for full contact preload operation. Die set components are packaged as a set to assure tolerance capability.

Guide pins are precision ground and made of case hardened steel. The ball retainers are made from gold anodized aluminum and contain a 25 millionth tolerance class chrome alloy ball that is held in place with 4 stakes. The ball-bearing bushings are ground and honed to exact tolerance from hardened steel.
