Design Elements & Custom Die Guide Manufacturing

We manufacture guide posts, pins, and bushings in a wide range of lengths, diameters, and configurations to meet diverse tooling needs. Our die set guide posts and pins range in size with options for diameter from 5/16” to 1 ¼” and post lengths ranging from 3” to 20”.

Each die set is packaged as a matched set to ensure tolerance compatibility, making them ideal for both production and prototype applications. Optional lengths and custom materials are available upon request.

Guide posts are made of ground and hardened steel, refined to precise tolerances for smooth motion and durability. Bushings and retainers are precision-matched and honed for full-contact preload operation, ensuring consistency and long-term performance.
